Had a great time with friends! The beds were comfy and the showers had great pressure. Perfectly located near Tsim Sha Tsui. We visited Victoria Harbour and Temple Street Night Market, which were both just a short walk away. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for value and cleanliness.
The elevator situation was a bit of a hassle, especially during peak times. Sometimes it felt like forever waiting to get upstairs.

very convenient location, very clean room, strategic access to MTR
The elevator situation truly leaves much to be desired!!! Waiting in long lines during peak hours and having only one elevator to access certain floors is far from ideal!!!

would definitely come back.
The room had air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. I loved the electric kettle and the drying rack for clothing. Safety deposit box was available. The bed was comfy with nice sheets. Conveniently accessible by lift. Clean towels, shampoo, body soap, and a toothbrush made it easy to feel at home. The spa facilities were a bonus.

Families on a budget will find it decent
The location is really a gem right near the touristy spots, and having free coffee and tea at the front desk was a nice touch after a long day. The room was small but clean, and that bald Indian guy at the front is a total lifesaver, always there to help, felt like a friend, really.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the MTR station, making it easy to explore with my three kids. We appreciated the clean and cozy family room we stayed in, which had all the essentials for our needs. No complaints here!
My children wished there were better elevator facilities during peak hours.

My stay was decent with a clean room and a small but functional bathroom. The complimentary coffee at the front desk was a delightful perk. However, the elevator situation can be really frustrating during peak times.

It was just a fine choice for a holiday in Hong Kong with exceptional value. The room, while small, was generally clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Don't expect any signage to find the elevator. keep an eye out because it's at the back of the first-floor lobby.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend respite in Hong Kong with real value for money. The staff were helpful when we had difficulty with the elevator, ensuring we got to our room without much delay. Use the stairs if the elevator is busy during peak hours for faster access.

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the train station and bus stops. The room was clean and came with a firm mattress that was great for a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No drawbacks at all.

Communication with the staff was effortless as they were all Filipinos. The cleanliness of the room stood out, with no issues regarding hygiene. The bathroom came with a heater, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the room felt cramped for three adults, especially considering their larger sizes.
